Once your trailer is paid for and ready, our team coordinates delivery through insured, professional transporters who specialize in hauling new trailers. Here's what to expect from quote to drop-off.

Tell us your delivery address and trailer of interest. We'll quote cost based on distance, size, and route.
2. Schedule Your Window
Once your purchase and financing are finalized, we schedule a delivery date and give you a realistic window.
3. Ships Insured
Your trailer is inspected, prepped, and secured, and covered by transport insurance the entire trip.
4. Confirmed Delivery
We deliver to your address and walk you through a final inspection before we go.

Most in-state PA deliveries are completed within 3–7 business days of scheduling; out-of-state deliveries typically take 5–14 business days depending on distance and carrier availability. Yes. Every trailer we ship is covered by transport insurance from the time it leaves our lot until it's delivered to you.
Can I track my delivery?
Our team will call to schedule your delivery window and keep you updated on timing as the delivery date approaches.
What if my trailer arrives damaged?
Inspect your trailer carefully at delivery before signing off. If you notice any transport damage, note it at the time of delivery and contact us immediately — we'll make it right.
Do I need a truck to pick up a trailer myself?
You'll need a tow vehicle rated for the trailer's weight and the correct hitch/wiring setup. Our team can advise you on towing requirements for any trailer before your visit.
Can I pick up at a different location than where I ordered?
In most cases, yes — let your salesperson know and we'll do our best to coordinate pickup at the location most convenient for you.
Do you ship trailer parts separately from full trailers?
Yes. Parts and accessories ship separately via ground or freight carrier depending on size, and are handled differently from full trailer delivery — see the Parts & Accessories Shipping section above.
