Return & Refund Policy
Trailers, parts, and accessories don't all work the same way when it comes to returns. Here's exactly what's eligible, what isn't, and how refunds and warranty claims are handled at Best Choice Trailers.
How Returns Work, By Product Type
Trailers, parts, and accessories each follow different terms. Here's the breakdown before you buy.
New & Used Trailers
Every trailer passes our 35-point inspection and is sold as-is once it leaves the lot. Trailers are generally not eligible for return. Manufacturer defects are handled as a warranty repair, not a refund.
Parts & Accessories
Unused, unopened parts and accessories in original packaging can generally be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Special-Order & Electrical Parts
Parts ordered specifically for your trailer, along with electrical components once installed or wired, are not eligible for return due to compatibility and safety concerns.
Trailer Deposits
Deposits on in-stock units are generally non-refundable once a trailer is set aside for you. Special-order deposits follow the written terms provided at the time of your order.
Manufacturer Defects
A defect in materials or workmanship is handled through manufacturer warranty repair by our service department, not as a store return.
Custom & Modified Trailers
Trailers with custom modifications, added equipment, or aftermarket work performed at your request are not eligible for return once the work is complete.
