What We Ask Of Every Visitor
Our lots are working sales and service environments. These guidelines keep every visit safe and pleasant for everyone.
Supervise Children At All TimesChildren are welcome, but must be supervised due to moving equipment and heavy inventory on our lots.
Ask Staff Before Moving A TrailerFor everyone's safety, trailers should only be hitched, moved, or test-towed with a staff member present.
Treat Staff & Other Customers With RespectHarassment, threats, or abusive language toward staff or other visitors will not be tolerated.
Follow Posted Safety SignagePlease observe posted signs regarding restricted areas, vehicle traffic, and equipment zones.
No Smoking In Showrooms Or Service BaysSmoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas away from inventory and service equipment.
Leash & Control PetsPets are welcome outdoors on a leash, but are asked to stay outside showrooms and service bays.

Code Of Conduct Questions
Our Code of Conduct covers how our staff is expected to treat customers, the safety and respect guidelines we ask visitors to follow on our lots, and how concerns or complaints are handled.
Contact the manager at the location you visited, or reach our main office directly. Every concern is reviewed, and we follow up with the customer.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Trailer lots contain moving equipment, machinery, and heavy inventory, so supervision is required for everyone's safety.
For safety reasons, trailers should only be moved, hitched, or test-towed with a staff member present. Ask any team member for assistance and they will be glad to help.
Pets are welcome outdoors on a leash, but we ask that they stay outside our showrooms and service bays.
