If you've put down a deposit on a trailer that's already on our lot, you may cancel any time before pickup or delivery. Deposits are refunded in full, minus any card-processing fee already incurred.

Once we submit a special order to the manufacturer on your behalf, that unit is built specifically to your spec. Deposits on special orders become non-refundable once the order is confirmed with the factory.

Custom Builds & Add-Ons
Custom modifications, upfits, or accessory installs cannot be cancelled once fabrication or installation has begun, since materials and labor are already committed.
